Kay Four Properties has been fair with my mom. Trish is very professional, along with the other staff in the office. The only reason I give it a 3 star (at the moment) is that it's out dated, however the elevators are getting an upgrade and hopefully the front lobby will be too.
Although the staff at the agency were/are terrific, the building that moved my mother is very outdated. The elevators are teeny tiny, and the floors all need fresh paint and maintenance.
