Although the staff at the agency were/are terrific, the building that moved my mother is very outdated. The elevators are teeny tiny, and the floors all need fresh paint and maintenance.

I was at 611 Jefferson for a few years. The Resident Manager has been amazing when it has come down to dealing with issues. I agree with a few of the posts below, there have been mice, roaches, and bed bugs in the building. However, They have been managed fast and effective. I could not ask for anything better than that from a building manager. I have no complaint about the property management I find them very easy to communicate with. The only issue I have is my neighbors on the 6th floor, they have no consideration to others especially below them as they are loud, loud as when they walk sounds like stomping the floor and other noises even if it's past 11 pm. And neighbor beside me when they talk sound like they always fighting, what a disturbance and when they're in the kitchen I can hear loud bang I am guessing when they open the cupboard they don't care if they... read more

Resident Manager, and the office staff, Trish, and everyone are very nice, even if I don't meet them in person, can feel their kindness.
