I was at 611 Jefferson for a few years. The Resident Manager has been amazing when it has come down to dealing with issues. I agree with a few of the posts below, there have been mice, roaches, and bed bugs in the building. However, They have been managed fast and effective. I could not ask for anything better than that from a building manager. From the stand point of talking with the head office to give alerts to issues, their communication has to be looked at, they do not seem to advise when the problem will be fixed. That... read more

I have no complaint about the property management I find them very easy to communicate with. The only issue I have is my neighbors on the 6th floor, they have no consideration to others especially below them as they are loud, loud as when they walk sounds like stomping the floor and other noises even if it's past 11 pm. And neighbor beside me when they talk sound like they always fighting, what a disturbance and when they're in the kitchen I can hear loud bang I am guessing when they open the cupboard they don't care if they... read more
