BEWARE! 611 JEFFERSON APARTMENT BUILDING HAVE MICE/RATS. found droppings and caught 5 in the unit. reported but they didn't do anything about it.

Kay Four Properties uses skilled and certified trades people, including our pest control contractor. Any issue reported to the resident manager or to our office is treated with urgency. DO NOT RENT OR LEASE WITH THEM!! Poor customer service. They couldn't care less about their properties. They do not take the time to listen and actually help out. Still dealing with mice everywhere in the building. Save yourself the stress and money and go with a different agency
