Heather did not set expectations well or serve as a an excellent supervisor over our case. Her lack of attention to detail cost us several delays, and we did not feel she communicated well with First American Title Company. Heaven forbid if we had chosen another lender outside of KB Homes. She made our final experience very bitter.
