Derek was always very pleasant when we met with him. He would come to is office for us to sign papers there because our phones were not capable to do e-doc even with the covid restrictions. When my wife had questions he would call her right back and answer any questions or concerns she had. I would work with Derek again. Derek has alot of patience and very knowledgeable of his job.
