Mr. Mercer was more than great, he was outstanding. Derek’s communication skills are off the chart. Providing the latest updates. He really has a way of making you feel like you are the only customer that he’s dealing with at that time. Derek was very easy to speak with and understanding. If there was anything that we didn’t understand he would make sure we got a full understanding before we got off the phone. Derek made our process of buying our first home less stressful.
