"Great" in terms of the experience of taking out a loan is not the same as "Great" in really any other context. Nicholas Donlon did a perfectly serviceable job and I have no complaints about the process or his competency. Not sure what else there is to say. I now owe you guys a sizeable amount of money, which is cool I guess.
