Good: loan came unscathed. Bad #1: could not get Funds To Close data early enough to avoid angst about getting my bank to wire the money in time for closing. As it turned out, the money was there in time but the Funds To Close number was wrong. Bad. Bad #2: loan was a VA loan for a veteran receiving VA disability compensation. Slam dunk eligibility. Repeatedly asked for data previously provided. Asked for evidence I made down-payment to KB several months earlier. Somehow KB Home Loans could not answer that question internal... read more
