Better communication among loan officers. I provided all needed documents to Steven but then was called by a different loan officer needing the exact same documents advising they didn’t have it. I didn’t mind because I already saved them but it seems like something that is preventable. Having a share drive or better communication would’ve helped them

Things began well and slowly spiraled down. Communication wasn’t great. The other departments were not updated with the info we discussed with Steven. I had to personally reach out to the other departments to advise of changes. He didn’t understand the $140k deposit includes the lot down payment, even though we told him from the beginning that it would be that way.
