Vivian was thorough. She understood my expectations, e.g. loan rate, terms etc and not only met them, but exceeded them. Her final closing estimate knocked out any of the competing offers presented to me by other lenders. Vivian is a person of integrity; a characteristic lacking in so many professions these days. Vivian was superb in every way. I had multiple questions regarding the loan and some of the the documents and she easily explained them all in detail multiple times until myself and my wife felt secure to move forward. Tammy the loan processor was great to work with as well and making sure all the documents where properly submitted.
