We were still having to located documents into the final week of our house closing. I felt vivian was not prepared and these types of documents asked at the end should have been asked towards the beginning of our encountered. My wife and I were almost homeless because our house was selling and it was not clear if the house we were buying would be ours.

Entire process needlessly tedious, complete with arbitrary requirements that were nonsensical. Constant delays due to people either having days off and/or vacation. Underwriting completely unprepared and unprofessional. After months of having documents, still needed constant clarifications that had already been provided. Concerns that should have been raised from the beginning of the first review were saved until the last minute, embarrassingly unprofessional.
