Our loan officer Vivian Phung was very helpful she went to bat for us and was able to help us close escrow on time and we just received our keys after signing the loan documents so everything is just great

The mortgage company kept tabs with me every step of the process. Vivian and Kevin were amazing to work with. They called me right away when I had questions they answered their phones right away which is rare in this industry and they were able to finalize my loan to get me into my new home

Overall loan process was easy and Vivian did address many of our concerns. However there was a bit of a lag in communication during the interest rate lock part of the process where we felt that if the back and forth communication was more timely we would’ve locked in a lower rate sooner. Other than that Vivian was very pleasant to work with and overall very helpful.
