Overall loan process was easy and Vivian did address many of our concerns. However there was a bit of a lag in communication during the interest rate lock part of the process where we felt that if the back and forth communication was more timely we would’ve locked in a lower rate sooner. Other than that Vivian was very pleasant to work with and overall very helpful.
