RecommendedTechnician was very friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and also gave a call before showing up notifying when he was on his way. He did well communicating throughout the appointment and took the time to explain everything he did, why he did it, and if there were any concerns with the unit!! Any appointment that they made, they were on time and efficient as was the installation of a new furnace and AC unit. When the two technicians came to complete the installation that morning, they collaborated about the task at hand first then set out to work on different tasks.
