Customer service is great it just costs too much to get your car fixed

Always a smooth experience at this dealership.
I had my annual NC inspection done at Keffer. The mechanic did a video of some recommended items (Air Filter, Wiper blade replacement type of things, but I declined, will do myself) and also measured brake lining and tire tread. All was good, and being a Keffer Mazda (Miata) customer, the annual NC inspection is free!
Took longer than was promised but everything was completed with no issues.
fast appointment, fast service, informed of any problems
The service was explained to me and I trust them to do a good job. They are more expensive then local shops but I have peace of mind after the service. I plan to keep this car for a long time and quality service will allow that.
