It was quick and easy. The service executive explained what was done very well.
Shannon was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and knew his product well. He also answered all my questions but what I liked most was his non pressure approach to sales. Excellent employee.
Easy to schedule. Friendly. Quick (while I waited). Communicative. Informative. Effective. Reasonably priced even before the coupon discount. Great amenities while waiting. And the car was returned cleaned and vacuumed. A perfect service experience from Nick as my service agent and all the rest of the staff.
Easy to find and negotiate price online. Car was as it appeared online when we arrived. Our original sales person did not meet with us but set someone else up with us. I actually liked the new person more than the one we worked with online. Test drive went great. Finance person was also great! Good experience
