The Service Department at Keffer Mazda in Huntersville is excellent. I was updated with the status of my service and provided with a video of the issues found during my service. I loved that my car was washed after being serviced. My beautiful red car was once again a gleaming beauty.

OH WOW Keffer Mazda Service Is Magnificent I had a total of Four ReCalls from Jan up May 2024 and the Service Dept was All Hands On Deck Even though I did not lease my new cx90 from them Your Service Dept. Is TOP CLASS Because of the kind of ReCalls I did not Trust Driving the car Far Great Job Keffer Service Dept.
Appt was easy to make. Staff friendly on drop off. Constant communication during the appt via text. Video evidence of vehicle at completion of checking it over. Quick visit. Provided an extra discount at checkout.
