The only issue was I called the New Braunfels location and they transferred me to the parts department and they confirmed the part was in stock. I went to the New Braunfels office only to be told they don’t have parts there and I need to go to San Antonio. The parts office should’ve confirmed with me the location to pick up the part. Other than that Keith Zars Pools has been excellent and so has their customer service.

Ian was a good service tech. He examined to me why he replaced the fittings but not the whole hose. It made sense to me and the Polaris is working normally again. My only criticism is that it took 2 weeks for you all to come do the work after I requested the service.

I have worked with Zars Pools since 2014, 10 years. I have been impressed with the quality of their technicians. They call before they come for a visit. They usually fix the problem with the first visit. They offer tips on how to keep your pool healthy. They get my top score.

Called Customer Service on 05-20-2023. and Alex answered my call. She is awesome. I have spoken to her in the pass n she is great. She is so nice and friendly and always keeps her word. I hope Mr K Zaris reads this because she is one of the reasons I continue to recommend K Zaris pools and the Lifetime Warranty.
