Ian was a good service tech. He examined to me why he replaced the fittings but not the whole hose. It made sense to me and the Polaris is working normally again. My only criticism is that it took 2 weeks for you all to come do the work after I requested the service.

I have worked with Zars Pools since 2014, 10 years. I have been impressed with the quality of their technicians. They call before they come for a visit. They usually fix the problem with the first visit. They offer tips on how to keep your pool healthy. They get my top score.

Called Customer Service on 05-20-2023. and Alex answered my call. She is awesome. I have spoken to her in the pass n she is great. She is so nice and friendly and always keeps her word. I hope Mr K Zaris reads this because she is one of the reasons I continue to recommend K Zaris pools and the Lifetime Warranty.

Regarding our call for replacement parts for our pool skimmer. Two days out from sending in the request we received the package and parts for our robot net and we were able to get the pool back in order before the party thanks a bunch! We live hours from town and could not pick them up in time.

Most of your folks were awesome to work with. But, the original design of our pool was not done properly. The people doing the work fixed the problems as they were building.
