There was a leak at the pump station and I called Keith Zars repair department. They scheduled an appointment for Saturday and I was grateful. After 1 P M, Ian Lewis came out and had to trace the source of the leak.It turned out that the filter tank has a plug at the bottom that was having a problem. At first the O ring seemed to be squashed. When the Oring couldn't be seated correctly, Ian discovered a crack in the plug. The service is always great with KZP! Had an issue with the pool cleaning robot. They came out and fixed it on location and it was fully covered under warranty! So much Awesomeness!!!

Dmitri came by when I discovered the waterfall pump had a substantial leak. He made a comprehensive plan to remove the 18-year old pump, then a week later he and a partner installed a brand new pump and got my pool back to 100%. It’s times like this I’m glad I picked Zars for my pool. Lifestyle protection, professional and very likable technicians couple to make repairs a pleasant experience.
