I was not excited about today's experience. Service was nice enough but the food took approximately 45 minutes to come to the table after the order. I have never waited that long for my food at a KiKi's before. We arrived before any rush, there were plenty of servers on the floor, and other tables were receiving their food in adequate time. Kekes never disappoints. The banana pecan French toast was amazing and coffee is always great and a fresh guitar platter is always the way to start.

The omelettes are yummy, the sausage was a little undercooked though. Our server, Brandon, was not attentive at all. He even went to every table around us and looked directly at us and walked away. Someone else brought our food out and refilled our coffees, he only came over once to say "is everything tasting alright?" As he walked by but barely stopped long enough for us to respond. We had to look around to see where he was after that. I've only been here twice, but so far it hasn't left the best impression.

This is my FAVORITE go-to brunch spot after church, OR whenever I want to pamper myself on a 'solo brunch date'. I HAVE to tell of one particular time when I was suffering with some sort of cold issue. The server couldn't have been any MORE sweeter and compassionate. He kept checking on me; making sure that I was feeling ok, and offered to box up what I didn't seem to be finish eating. My wife and I went in to Kiki's today for breakfast Liz was our server we just wanted to say that her service was impeccable she was very attentive. We ordered something off the menu and she suggested that we order in a different way because it was more cost-effective

I wish I could have had a great brunch, unfortunately it was not the case on this visit. I ordered the egg Bennie's with home fries and a coffee. My experience was on the "could have been way better" category. The service was very prompt, courteous and friendly. I could not say the same about my food. The egg were hard, the home fries raw and the bechamel sauce was super sour. The coffee was as expected.

My brother Ricky and I have been here a few times we ask for Colin as our server, always very attentive, he just makes our experience very enjoyable. Last Saturday, Dec 8, a manager, Rebeka, covering from Winter Park location, was amazing too, highly recommend this location! Front staff profesional and pleasant and so efficient . It reflects the great management team!

I enjoy dining at your location because everyone works together as a team. Liz and Shelly are excellent hosts anticipating my needs and always greeting me with a smile. I was happy that Liz remembered that I like to start off my meal with coffee and I prefer to sit at the smaller booth in the corner :) I will continue to stop by for breakfast when I am in the area refer your location to my collegues for your wonderful service.
