I had a terrible dining experience at this Kiki's location. To be clear, this was not our waitress's fault--she was running around waiting on 10 tables single-handedly while working as fast as she could. The issue lies entirely with the rest of the staff and management. Multiple employees were standing around on their phones, pacing the floor, and observing tables, yet not a single person stepped in to help her. Terrible service , food is mediocre and all staff is incredibly unprofessional, they kept turning the phone off so I would not be able to make a pick up order, put me on hold so they did not have to answer my questions , very lazy very unprofessional

Oh No ! Denny's just bought them out ! From Good to Greasy! The most for your money/ Cracker Barrel.
Table management and communication is sorely lacking. We were told the wait would be 20-25 minutes for two booths to accommodate our party of 9. When a second booth was not available within that timeframe there was no communication that the wait would be longer, and when we just asked for an update they made it sound like we would be seated within minutes, which was not the case.
Don't go here when they first open, wait 30 minutes or so. Apparently this particular one turns off the a/c at night. Place was a friggin oven when they first open in the morning. Service was sloooow, we were the only ones there....too busy talking in the kitchen.
Definitely not coming back on a Sunday morning. Not sure if it was over capacity or under staffed but 2 hour wait for breakfast is not my idea of having a good time. Got here at 10:44am and got my food at 12:24pm. For that I would've ordered lunch. Server was nice though.
Extremely average! Went for lunch a few weeks ago food was awful. Ordered eggs sunny side up they were overcooked. Southwest Turkey clubhouse came with no bacon and funky compressed type turkey that you would find in plastic bag in the supermarket, also a Carolina chicken salad which came with chicken bits so deep fried that they looked like and tasted like pellets of something but not chicken. Heard they were supposed to be good. Go to the Southern place in the same mall or The Chuckwagon in Apopka for real food.
The wait was incredible it took 40 minutes once we were seated to eat and we're talking about tuna and fruit and a tuna melt !' Slow down on the takeout and take care of the people who have driven to see you
Server was great at trying to seat me in a spot with good reception, but after numerous attempts, I gave up trying to connect to my hotspot. I was surprised to hear they don't share WiFi with their customers in 2021, especially since they are aware of the limited cellphone service in the building. In the end: not a breakfast spot you can get work done at.
