It takes them 45 minutes to get a pancake because their kitchen staff is untrained and their management does not know what they're doing. it's a daily problem, the kitchen crashing and setting needing to be halted because the kitchen manager has no clue how to manage a kitchen. the food isn't even worth the price you pay for it. 0/10
Where do I start, my family an I . A group of 7 black American women all professionals , had just come from Flagler hospital awaiting my aunt surgery, decided to go for breakfast at Kekes there in st Augustine fl. Might I add it’s 7 am so they were just opening. We were the second customers there we ordered the Florida waffles 4 of us. The waitress bought the food out waffles was microwave hard as a Rock. RecommendedWe love Keke's for their French Toast, Pancakes and fruit cups with yogurt. Unfortunatly ordering Togo on the weekends is almost impossible because the line is either busy or no one picks up and the St Augustine location is not set up for Online orders from their website. Get it fixed guys we want to bring you our business but can't dine in right now.
Breakfast was lukewarm, and incorrectly delivered; and took to long.
My sons bacon and cheese omelette was nasty. Looked like they put chopped bacon pieces in skillet poured eggs in pan and let it cook all the way through then added a piece of cheese and folded it over.
Food was average. Service poor
Place is overrated. Omelette was really salty. Had half our food boxed to go (which I was planning to give to my dogs!), forgot it when we got up, were at the door when we remembered (this took like 30 seconds), table was cleared when we checked and the staff didn’t even bother to go after us to give our box. Again, OVERRATED!
Very Disappointed, Invited my niece and her husband for lunch. Great food, great service as always. We did and sit for about 15 minutes after we ate to catch up. We made sure there was no one waiting, plenty of unsat tables. A young man , a server cause he had an apron on, asked us to leave. I didnt catch his name, but he was very rude and not sure if I want to spend my money in a place that asks you to leave, especially when there are other tables with no one sitting in them. Racist! crappy service. On a national holiday , Denied us a reservation, every table had food but ours. Server kept shrugging her shoulders like "oh well its busy" They treated us like they wanted us to leave... so we did. My sister was so excited to come to this place ... Im pissed I'd got my hopes up ... SN: this location doesn't even serve Mimosas. If your looking for a good experience don't look here!
