I ordered a breakfast scramble to go. It was excellent. I thought I would order it again the next day because I enjoyed it so much. When I went to pick it up the lady at the to-go order stand was so rude to me, that I thought I would write a review. I told her I had an order under my name. She said "I need to see the order". I told her my wife ordered it and it is under her name. First mistake, ordering via DoorDash and paying extra for expedient delivery. Making breakfast for 4 over $100. But, no biggie, everything cost more nowadays. Estimated Delivery 25 minute ETA turned into 1.5 hours. With the Dasher waiting on KeKe's, not the other way around. Ordered two BLTs plus paid extra $6 for fries instead of chips. Didn't get the fries. Not a huge deal BUT what is atrocious, was that there was Not even half a piece of bacon between both BLT orders we placed. We ordered takeout before heading to Disney, hoping for a quick bite. We ordered yogurt and a breakfast bowl and were waiting for over an hour. Our early morning turned into us waiting all morning for food that was said to take 15 minutes. They kept coming to assure us a few more minutes but we still continued waiting. I wouldn't come back because of this but overall food was okay.

The manager is extremely rude. The food is perfect but the bald one is rude. He works in a bad mood. I think he is French. No patience.

Never got to sit down. Came in with my service dog and was confronted at the entrance. The manager proceeded to tell me that my dog, which was on duty to notify me of diabetic incidents would "have to keep all four paws on the floor". Note when my dog senses an episode he will leap and notify me. Rather than raise a ruckus we left and had a fine breakfast at First Watch. Terrible Service and bad food. Don't know why this place is so popular. Maybe it was better before the staffing shortage. Wouldn't recommend.

Absolute worst wait times !! We waited 85 mins just to get through the door I mean fuck me !! At least put a stoppage to wait times once you are full !Food is good .. but didn't make up for the lost time. Worst place as far as wait times I have ever been in my life. And the eggs n toast is not worth the wait we won't be back and I don't recommend this place

First time going to this place with my pregnant wife and a toddler. Order placed at 9.40. Half of hour later server tells us that we are next in line. At 10:40 we ask the server if our food is ready, he complains another 20-30mins. People who were sat after us, were served before us. The person in the front desk told us not to worry about the drinks and just leave. They said they are not sure what's going on in the kitchen so she told us to leave without paying for the drinks. If I could do 1/2 star I would. I took three of my Grandkids for breakfast. Before entering, there was a sign on the door, stating that their staff was short, due to post Covid, and availability of employees. Also, it stated that table usage would be limited, due to the short-staff. I thought, no problem, I've heard on the news about the service industry suffering from this.
