Robert (the manager) did not have the decency to visit our table when requested. We waited 2 hours for our food. The food was "meh." Should have gone to IHOP or really any place else.
This location is closest to our hm but it's our 1st time eating here. How does it go...you never get a 2nd chance to mk a 1st impression... yucky We typically eat at Dr. P or the creek location off 417 & JY Pkway. The food is always excellent & svc is outstanding. I will never visit this establishment again. When we arrived I immediately checked in for a party of 5. I was told there would be a 30 minute wait, and this was not a problem. 30 minutes passed and we were not seated. The issue was the staff at the hostess counter was very RUDE. If you work in customer service then your job is customer service and it's free to be polite. I really hate to break with the pack here. But it takes a lot to get me out of the house these days. So if I make the effort to come to your place then your cooking better be way better than mine. And here's a clue. I'm a pretty lousy chef. Don't expect anything great here. The food is just barely okay. It's like what a Denny's used to be. Food is good. Pancakes are thick tho. They soak up all the syrup. Turkey bacon was good, but not the nice thick kind. I don't know why I thought they served alcohol here, but they don't. Service was slow. But expected with the amount of people in there. But 80% of the was brought out and then the last 20% which were bacon and home fries didn't come until 15 mins later. Silverware was not the cleanest. We asked for a cup of hot water to clean the silverware. I've been to other KeKe's locations, and like hose better.
Horrible food and horrible manager !!! Ask to speak to the manger and he refused to come to the table . Don't care about guest experience at all and I will never return to this location again !!!! Do not spend your money here !!!!
Called to place an order for French toast for pick up and was told they aren't doing any to go orders. . Never heard someone rejecting to go orders durning COVID. I guess first watch it is.
Ordered online and received confirmation email that my order would be ready at 12:27. Arrived at 12:35 and was told they hadn't started preparing it yet. I already paid for it online so I decided to wait. At 1:00 they gave me my order and all I got was a sorry and offer of toast. The host told me the chef said our order of 4 lunch items was kicking his butt. There were only 4 seated tables in the restaurant. Unacceptable. Also, the chef was walking around the kitchen without a mask.
We've ordered delivery from this location twice, and both times they've messed up our order. We won't be ordering from here again. Part of the problem is they do not offer for you to easily make changes to your order in the deliver apps which makes it difficult to choose items if you don't like one of the ingredients that is in the order.
