Bad service I waited 55min after ordering then I left,I watched people come and go ordered and were served we just waited and had to ask for coffee 2 times never received good service. Should've gone to Waffle House

Ordered online revived an incomplete order. Had to return to get the remaining extras that I paid for. Wasn't greeted with a friendly person when I came back to get the correct order. Also the lack of any Covid guidelines by the place is also awful. Nothing posted about masks required. People waiting to be seated inside with out a face mask. I also noticed staff not wearing covering or wearing them incorrectly due to public health guidelines. I am very disappointed in this.

Order online. Pick up in the store with a mask on. Eat at home. The toast today seemed to have been involved in a toaster fire. The toast survived but the edges didn't.

We arrived on a Sunday around 10 am and waited about 10 minutes for our seat. We were then quickly seated and our coffees and juices came right out. Our server was especially nice! We placed our order around 10:30 am and an hour later had still received nothing. We asked our server to check on the food at that time. She came back from the kitchen and said she has no idea when our food will be out. We asked to talk to the manager but we were told the manager was working in the kitchen. Food was not good. Maybe we caught them on a bad day. Changed out my whole breakfast order for chicken tenders.

Over the past 2 weeks my orders have been undercooked. Pete brown a manager at this location took my info and promised me full refunds. 7 dats later and I'm still waiting on them. Owner Greg leitzinger does not return calls or emails Stay away from this place if you don't want to be sick with food poisoning They don't care about customers

First off I would like to begin by saying I take as much blame for not mentioning anything and accepting my food and leaving.... I tried to help a local business and ordered take out from here yesterday on 4/21/20 The person who rung me up was extremely polite but as I was waiting for my food to be completed I was able to watch from the front register through the kitchen prep area. I ordered a egg wrap with veggies and TURKEY bacon. After a 30 minute wait my food came. It wasn't after I'd taken a few bites that I realized it had PORK sausage in it. I don't eat pork and hadn't done so for 18 years, until today. So angry.
