The Champions Gate location just opened and it's a Blessing! No 1-2 hour wait. Amazing, delicious food with blissful portions! For sure A must go for breakfast/Brunch.
Usually have a good experience here but today the service was horrible and when I received my food after 30 minutes it was overcooked and was like someone dumped a salt shaker on it and the manager was arrogant and corrected me about the time! Been eating at Kiki since it was called Florida Waffle shop in Millennium Mall. Never had a bad experience before.

I ordered a Togo order and went in to pick it up because the status stated it was ready but in fact I waited about another 20-25 minutes for my order when the order stated it would be ready within 14-25 minutes and again the app stated it was already ready for pickup. Their excuse was the app always does that. Very unprofessional and apathetic

The Kekes in Davenport Fl near Champions Gate is horrendous. I experienced the worst customer service I ever have in a restaurant let alone a Kekes. The server raised their voice and gets loud over a mistake he made inputting a gift card I had. Upon this he strong armed me and my family and said he must swipe the gift card, and my debit card 2 additional times. I was charged 3 times over for me and my family's breakfast. I will never EVER be returning to this Kekes and I hope you don't take your business there either.

Every time I'm away from home, I find myself craving breakfast. I came across this place while Googling "best breakfast near me," and I have to say, it's essentially an upscale Denny's. If you're looking for a quick, decent breakfast and basic coffee, this spot fits the bill. However, there are no lattes or specialty coffee options, which are a must for me. I would give zero if I could . Food is good but completely disorganized . Ordered food online that said pickup in "16-20" minutes . Got there in 20 minutes and they said they had a big order and not near ready . I said about how long? They had no idea . Went to get coffee and back 20 minutes later and still not ready ! No photo, we ordered take out from here while on vacation. The eggs did not travel well and one waffle was under cooked and one over cooked. I think it would have been better in person but no one felt like getting dressed and going out after a day at Disney. We might give it another chance at another time.

My Sister's are going up North for the Summer and I was looking for a good breakfast place for us to eat before they go. I love the menu, but they are Gluten intolerant so I tried twice to call to see if they have GF pancakes, waffles, or bread for toast. I went to a Keke's years ago and had a bad experience. I did not return until today. Sadly, it was just as bad. Wait time wasn't bad for a Sunday morning. The seater had no personality at all and obviously did not wish to be there. Our greeting was just a stare. We were led to a booth and the people behind us had moved the seat so far that we had no room on one side of the table. I pointed that to the seater and she just kept walking.
