I'm a breakfast person and I've eaten at a different location in the past. It wasn't a new experience for me however the service was disappointing for my better half. Somehow my better half's food went to the wrong table and had to be prepared all over again. Only to have egg shells in her omelette. My food was delivered way before my spouse and was just okay, something's are just better at a diner instead of a chain restaurant. Home fries with onions and hotcakes just seems to prepared better at a diner.

Really disappointed. I have been going to KEKE'S for over 6 years now and have never been told I can't do a take out order unless I dine-in and ask for a to go box. The customer service I have had has been great over all but would like to see improvements on the logistics.

Keke's breakfast cafe has a decent sized menu with options for everyone. They're placed in an area surrounded by townhomes and next to the nail spa. It wasn't crowded when I went in, but I can bet it gets crowded on Sunday or Saturday mornings. They don't let you place orders over the phone, which is no problem. We went up to them and ordered. I'm sitting at my table an hour and 20 minutes into an incredibly subpar dining experience. My party waited 40 minutes for the server to get the correct drink orders out and over an hour for our food to get here. When the food did come they did not have all of our orders. Hint: do not seat people until you are ready to serve them. If it is going to take you nearly an hour and a half to serve people do not tell them that the wait is only 45 minutes. Truly poor service. Do better.
