Waited 10 min to get seated, then sat at the table for 10 minutes without so much of a glance. We're local and our friends stay at reunion. We'll definitely steer clear of here and head to First Watch down the road.

Do not waste your time or money. First let's talk about the Sub par service. It was end of the day i walked in at 1:50 they close at 2:30 but i asked when i walked in to make sure it was cool and planned to be as quick as possible. Plus there were plenty of other people there. As I often do, I asked the waitress if this was my first and last time here what should I get? Visited in a Friday, waited short while for table, but then took 46 minutes to get our food. I ordered a Chef Salad, was supposed to be iceberg lettuce. Not so! There was ample meat, but only a teaspoon of finely chopped tomatoes. The coffee was so weak, it looked like tea. I also ordered a poached egg, when it finally came out 10 min after my salad, it was hard boiled, sent it back, 10 minutes later was served undercooked poached, the manager did take it off the bill after he glanced at it. I've had better food on airplanes if you're a beakfast restaurant and you make instant microwave oatmeal I think that pretty much says it all.

do not bother if you have a party over 7... we waited 45 minutes for them to seat you separately even if there's tables open together. horrible customer service by management. our party left so i cannot comment on the food or servers.

We go to Keke's on a regular basis but a different location. We decided to try this location for an online order since it's always so busy. When I went to pick up the order, the two girls at the hostess station ignored me and were carrying on their personal conversation until I interrupted and asked if they were working up there. I was able to finally get my order only to check it and see that I was missing an item. I been to other keke's before so I know the wait sucks but this is the first time coming here and their wait system sucks you depend on some tablet to input your phone and never get a confirmation that you been added to the wait list. I was told 10-15 mins and after about 50 mins waiting I got up and inquired as to how much longer. It was just me eating and she couldn't find me on the tablet and told me she found me and that they called me. There was 8 of us for a Labor Day brunch. We waited just over one hour for what I would call an incredibly average meal. We had a long wait for our food and drink once we got a table. One in our party ordered eggs Benedict and it came out on the raw side. We had them remake it again and it was the same - runny egg whites. The food came out at differing times so we were unable to eat together. They pack one salt and pepper pack in the napkin which seemed weird - maybe it's a Florida thing? Don't go to this restaurant unless you can eat fast. My friend and I finished our breakfast and were enjoying a second cup of coffee when they told us that other people were waiting and basically asked us to leave. We waited for a table as well!
