Disappointed in the downward trajectory of this Kekes. The food quality has gone down, service has gone down and it's filthy! It's over all experience is going the way of Dennys.

Coffee- Weak Orange juice-watery Potatoes-soggy and flavorless Food-room temperature (not hot) and over all not as good as in the past Plastic cutlery?? Really?

0/5 stars, they do not answer the phone for starters. If you want to be serviced you will have to cruise on over to wait in a minimum 45 min wait time in your vehicle or outside the doors of the establishment. The way they treat customers I'm surprised they still have staff at this location! I had to select a 1 star because I would not be able to submit my review. Have a blessed day (:

At first you walk in and it's nice they sit you down.... Cool now waitress was cool I used the mens bathroom piss on the floor and paper I told the waitress. Now the "silverware" not clean and nasty looking like it wasn't washed I asked for a replacement.... Same. Now food was not so good eggs tasted like it was from a carton potatoes was semi-hard and Apple French toast was dry not desirable at all. Got there an hour or more before the closing. Didn't get the orders right, lipstick on my husbands cup, runny French toast, no asking if we wanted refills on our drinks. They had dumped the tea out. We ordered 3 kids meals to go which weren't cooked well French fries white soggy. Most of the time while we were eating everyone was busy cleaning. The kitchen was using 4 letter words. We won't go back.

Took the family there for breakfast today and decided to try it again after a bad experience at the Keke's in Casselberry several years ago. Ordered the omelette, home fries, and bacon. Pancakes were average. We were disappointed in the service that we received and will not be going back. $45.00 was way too much money and will stay with our Ihop and First Watch!

This is by far a one off in Keke's. The entire experience feels like you are at a village in or Deny's rebranded. It's loud and not relaxing. Food is meh. Not the normal amazing quality. Staff is loud about the back duties not caring about an elevated experience. Save your money and find a Waffle House. It is generally a more pleasant experience. Won't be back to this location. Are these franchised? It's not a keke's. . Not an experience. Just some food. Deserves a half star. I wish we would have driven thru Starbucks or McD... read more

I've always love this place. The food is well priced and you get a good quantity of food. I ordered the banana, nut & caramel waffle and create your own combo. The food was good as usual. The reason I put 2 stars instead of a higher rating is because the waitress was very rude. The entire time me and my husband were there she acted as if she was annoyed that she had to do her job. First time at this restaurant and totally disappointed with the food. Coffee was so weak it was disgusting, it was Like dirty water and the food, no flavor whatsoever. The service was great, Patricia was awesome and attentive. Not sure what was going on but so hot and stuffy in the restaurant, maybe AC wasn't working. Will not ever return Just another lesson learned Beware of flavorless food avoid keke's
