I made an account just because my experience was just that bad. My food took forever to come out and when it finally did, it was hard (I had a waffle). The service was just okay and on top of that the manager Elizabeth was terrible and extremely unprofessional. I've been to other Keke's locations in Orlando and Ocoee and had a way better experience. There are definitely better breakfast and lunch places around Apopka.

Consistently slow service. Food is decent but finding it hard to carve out over an hour for lunch. First Watch here I come.

I want to love this place but this is the second time I come and the second time my egg Benedict's are overcooked. They should be runny when you cut into them, not hard. I'll be making them at home next time. Very disappointed.

This was probably the worst breakfast I have ever had. Unfortunately, the place we wanted to go for breakfast was closed and we were stuck scrambling for another restaurant. I ordered the Florida waffle and my husband got the Egg Benedict. The waffle was soggy and chewy, and the hollandaise sauce on the Benedict was sour. Additionally, the orange slice on the place had mold growing in it. How does the kitchen staff miss something like a moldy piece of fruit? Needless to say, we won't ever be back.

I had a terrible experience here. The servers were really nice but I really felt stressed and pressured into finishing quickly and getting out of there. There was a long wait to get a table so I understand that they are busy, but if I waited a long time to be seated, I don't expect to be pressured into finishing my meal quickly. Don't eat here please. My family and I came here yesterday 1-4-19 for the first time. Service was actually good, food amazing. Then as I go to leave the restroom no hot water. I tell my server the problem and I got told "we haven't had hot water for 2 days" Like I said don't eat here no water no clean dishes no clean hands

Waited for 15 minutes for a server. And the food took forever. Been here before and it was great but this time was terrible. The food was good when I got it. But no one seemed to care that we were ignored.

Worst restaurant I've ever been to, seated in almost empty place by the kitchen door, waited 10 minutes for waitress had to actually go to the front hostess to get service. I order western omelet without ham with turkey sausage inside what did I received ham and pork sausage on the side. I told the waitress of the mishap she told me both were turkey products and walk away. I should know that turkey meat is not pink and can smell pork. This is probably the worst kekes in town. Evey time I go into a kekes cafe the staff is so wonderful. The food good. This plac served me food I couldnt eat and the staff acted so rude they pretend they cant hear and rush away from a complaint. They must get alot of them! They insult me that I'm crying on my receipt! All over that I pointed out the blueberries still had wax on them. They need to switch the person washing the fruit.
