Starting off the weekend with my son.....let me start with the good.....the omelet was good....the English muffin was good......my son's waffle was good.....the giant bowl of whipped cream was good..his eggs and sausage were good.....the staff did a good job expediting each other's orders...although sitting next to the wait station made me get a sense it was not universal. I usually love eating here and always get the eggs Benedict, I did an Uber eats order with five items and they forgot my order. I called to see what they could do about it and they told me I would have to come pick it up or reorder it and spend more money on Uber eats to have it delivered. We've visited this location many times and the food and service have always been good. However, we recently ordered from this location, and the food was not good at all. The worst was the toast in the kid's meal. It was burned completely black. I cannot believe someone thought it was okay to put burned toast in a child's meal. They even took the time to cut up this rock hard black bread in halves before placing it in the meal. It went straight into the trash along with a lot of the other overcooked food. Very slow . And a sign now saying that masks are required, but the cooks aren't wearing any. My coffee was cold and still waiting for a refill on my coffee. This place used to be quick and on point, now they are a disappointment.

I ordered breakfast delivery via DoorDash this morning from the Riverview FL location. Unfortunately, everything was WRONG with the order I received. My Eggs Benedict was sent without Hollandaise sauce (essentially DRY poached eggs) and my home fries were missing. My spouse's order was sent with bacon instead of the turkey sausage that I ordered. I wish I could give it 6 I just had a complete blast broke was so nice mr and my friends had the stuffed french toast and let me tell ya that shit was heaven on a plate please never change I had so much fun brooke was amazing good expience brooke deserve raise by at least 2.00 more AT LEAST that woman deserves 12 dollars an hour

The service here was good, we never ran out of coffee and the server was attentive and polite. What I assume to be the manager came by and offered us a sample of pumpkin pancakes which were tasty, so that was nice. However, we had been in the restaurant for just over 45 minutes before we got our food, and it was pretty awful. Came here because of the good reviews on Yelp & was sadly disappointed. We were seated promptly and our order of 2 pancakes, bacon & eggs was taken quickly as well. 45 minutes later we finally received our meal not once did the waitress come by to let us know why the wait was so long. This place gets just 2 stars because of our waiter who was nice. I don't understand the hype of this place. We waited for around 20 minutes for a table. Usually that is a sign that the restaurant will be very good. My wife ordered a soda...which was flat.
