The place is always colder than the Antarctic even the staff complains about how cold it is. I like cold ac and it’s unbearable even to me!
me and my father went to get breakfast wee got coffee still waitting 20 for our egg cheese sandwich breakfast so I went to the server he said there back up we said we are going he gave coffee free but we did not get food
Expensive for what you get, host clearly was not wanting to be at work this morning, server was fine but food was about on par with Village Inn but more expensive. Child menu is sparce. Nope, won’t be going back. Will stick with Metro Diner, they will make whatever you want, YOUR way and much less expensive.
RecommendedOrdering to go is such a hassle, wait on hold for a server, you really should let whoever answers the phone take a to go order. It’s a suggestion.
pancakes tasted like the other food they grill. couldn't easily cut with a fork because they were crispy on the outside
Came here today to celebrate my birthday with family. Sat at the table over 15 minutes before the waitress came for drink orders. Took another 10 minutes to get the drinks. We were there over an hour, and still no food. Every one around us was eating, and they were seated after us ( we were a party of 5). My daughter complained at the front desk. Stuffed French toast was not “stuffed” at all, just Texas French toast with canned apples on top... prices are a bit high for a breakfast place, no southern options, (grits, bis & gravy) just basics. I’ve been twice (about a year apart) since they opened, not impressed either time. The hostess (older lady) was rude, no personality, even speaking to servers. I almost said something to her but decided I simply won’t go back. She was rude with customers and she was rude to co workers.
Price too high for mediocre food; service was excellent; not impressed by food quality; $9.99 for cheeseburger and potato chips???
The best part of my breakfast experience was the server Vickie. She worked hard to keep my coffee cup full and apologized for the backup in the kitchen. I don’t think I will go back. The food was just okay.
