Bad service and not so great food! Went for brunch and very empty place and horrible service... the one in Pasadena...

This was my first time eating at this restaurant for breakfast and probably my last. My Go To Place for breakfast is right across the street from here FirstWatch Restaurant. The price for a veggie omelette here is a whopping $15.99 and coffee is $3.99 and they wanted to charge me an extra 0.99 cents for feta cheese. FirstWatch Restaurant doesn't charge extra for the feta cheese on their $12.79 veggie omelette plus they bring you a nice hot stainless steel craft of coffee $2.99 and they have organic cane sugar packets which I... read more

Unfortunately the food was over priced and not very good. We had 4 diners, 1 waffle, 2 omelets and an eggs benedict. Our omelets were just ok, the benedict needed additional hollandaise sauce as it was dry and the home fries were very under cooked. The coffee tasted water down. Service was good and friendly just couldn't compete with lack luster food.

Ridiculously overpriced. Average food, at best. Service was also average. It was nice and clean though.
Not happy my food was cold, the turkey bacon was uncooked and my home fries did not favor .

Worst breakfast ever eggs were brown and over cooked and French toast was tough as 3 day old bread. Couldn't even cut with fork they did make my wife and I new eggs still over cooked waitress was doing everything she could do and excellent service Don't waste your money and go to Cracker Barrel
Notice the price on the menu for three buttermilk pancakes - $10.29. I ordered one and the price was $8.29. I asked the manager why and she said that's the price. Had I been aware of that, I would've ordered the three and taken 2 home. Also, they don't have enough kitchen help so today they only served breakfast.
We had a group of 11 with us. The hostess was an older lady who was very rude. We asked if we could split up into 2 groups so they could have an easier time sitting us and we wouldn't have to wait as long. The hostess proceeded to tell us that since she knew we were a group of 11 we could not pretend to be two grupos and would need to wait until we could all be seated together. She was very rude.
