We have worked with Kelly in the past and had a great experience. This time we did not feel that he was quite as accessible. We also felt like we did not get clear answers to our questions and some answers were miscommunications that led to other issues. We had to have our paperwork reissued and were told it would happen on Monday, It did not happen until 2 days later which caused us to miss our signing. There was some push back when we contacted Kelly to check on it. It finally worked out.

Suggestions for improvement - A checklist of documents required at the beginning of the process instead of piecemeal. Instructions about which documents needed to be updated periodically (pay stubs, new credit cards or accounts, etc). Communication internally so that two people weren't requesting the same documents that had already been submitted. The portal set up from the beginning with a list of the documents already received since some seemed to get lost in the transfer.

Kelly did Not make me feel like I was important he would rather go golfing then work on my case or communicate with me he sat on my case for over a month and did nothing with it because he said I needed a credit score which I had already provided him with which means he’s less than capable of doing his job correctly. I had to do a lot of extra things because he did not know the rules or how to do his job correctly
