We had a sit down because my last two experiences where bad, you told me you would do your best to turn that around. When I came back to pick up my truck from my oil change (4 1/2 hrs later) you came out to see how my experience I politely pointed out not well and instead of dealing with it you 'B'lined it to your office and didn't come out, you did however uncomfortable stair at me while I left. This is the very first time that I have ever left a review for anything. My wife and I purchased a new C8 Corvette Z51 convertible while on vacation driving around B.C., Alberta and Alaska note several months ago. We came across several dealerships in our travels which were all very good. What made us satisfied with the purchase of the car from the Kelowna location was based on several factors. There was an error in $ amount with the agreed trade in value. This was eventually corrected by Leah Babington. TYVM. The manager did not act swiftly on correcting this error which lead to much anxiety. I am enjoying my new 2024 Trailblazer.

If there was an Olympic sport for car shopping, I'd be the gold medalist in saying 'no' to everything. Chris Gagel, the ridiculously good-looking salesman who somehow managed to convince me, the world's pickiest buyer—to drive off the lot with a smile and a brand new 2025 Chevy Equinox. We purchased a vehicle in 2019 from Alvin by phone! !! (We lived in Winnipeg). He was a man of his word and when I arrived, he picked me up at the airport and had my 2010 Camaro (Transformer edition) gassed up, clean, and ready for it’s journey home!!! He was an absolute pleasure to deal with!

Robin was great to deal with. We bought a new Equinox e.v. which had a small scratch on the back on the back. It ended up being repainted. The repair job and car rental were taken care of promptly.
