This post is very overdue but what can I say, life got away from me. I was very impressed with the service I received from Jason the GM. Our vehicle we purchased started making awful noises just before we were to leave for the lower mainland. I was ready to rent a vehicle but Jason arranged for a flat bed trailer to be delivered to my home in Vernon to not only pick up my broken Suburban for repair but to deliver me a beautiful new Tahoe to use for the weekend! Genuinely the best sales rep I could’ve asked for. Was so kind and patient, and really took the time to get to know what I looked for and valued in vehicles, and walked me through each step of the process in a way I could understand - even when things got overwhelming. Such an amazing human.
This dealership had a fun and positive environment. The free coffee and food were amazing when going through the process of purchasing a car.
I chose to deal with Logan after seeing his profile on Dealer Rater. He was an excellent communicator who answered all my questions and made buying from out of town and easy experience. The rest of the staff at the dealership were friendly as well and I bought a new truck!
