We have bought several vehicles from Kelowna Chevrolet and from our first purchase we have always dealt with Mr Alvin Braumberger. We have always been very satisfied with customer service. Alvin is very professional and knowledgeable. He always answered our questions and concerns and went out of his way to make our experience a positive one.
Selena was courteous, attentive and pleasant to deal with. She communicated well, directed me where I needed to go for assistance and kept me appraised of the progress on the vehicle being services.

The whole process from initial enquiry to purchase was very professional. As we had to get our new used vehicle detailed after purchase, the service section was also awesome!
This is the second vehicle we have purchased with Vikas at Kelowna Chev. He went above and beyond again to get me the answers I needed. He was very patient and not pushy as we took our time to think about the deal. I cant recommend him enough. I am sure we will be back again with Vik in the future.
