Luke was absolutely amazing. Never felt pressured. Always felt he was working for with me, not for the commission. No up-sale tactics and always spoke of any additional options as just that. The Kelowna dealership was refered to me through family and friends both of whom had great experiences, and my experience here did not disappoint. Vik was terrific to deal with and he literally bent over backwards to accomidate me boys and I to have the veicle ready for us when we were coming in from 7 hours away. They've kept in contact over the last 2 months to ensure everything has gone well. All in all, one of the smoothest times Ive had with a dealership.

We went to Kelowna Chevrolet because we have had issues with our home dealership in the past and while in Kelowna the service department provided such great service we thought it would be the same with the sales department. Our sales associate was very friendly and helped us order our new SUV with no issue. There were some issues when it came to delivery time, not being there on the dates stated, and for us who live 4 hours away, this was a big deal.
