Friendliest, most efficient staff in any business in Kelowna. My vehicle was purchased in 2019 in Kelowna and all servicing has been done at the same dealership. Would not consider going anywhere else. The staff takes customer service seriously. They always seem busy but there is an overall feeling of comraderie that makes me think they like working there. Great customer service isn’t about one person or one department. There has to be an overall commitment from the top .
