Lucas at Kelowna Chevrolet was incredible. I was trying to work with Chevy dealers all across BC to find an Electric Vehicle that met my needs, and Lucas was BY FAR the best salesperson I dealt with at any location. He was attentive, his customer service was impeccable, he remembered me when new options popped up, and he was always in communication. I live in Vancouver but I would deal with Lucas and Kelowna Chevrolet again and again for any future vehicle needs.

I am giving five stars to Kelowna Chevrolet because of Ray Singh; Ray has top-drawer customer service and a unique way of satisfying his client. He will assist no matter what. And if there is an issue arising even after the car-buying transaction. He will still resolve the issue and make your life easy and less stressful. If I needed another car, I would return and stick with Ray. Also, your receptionist Esther was friendly and accommodating.
