Other than a slight delay when checking in, my experience as excellent. I was well taken care of, the work was done in a timely manner and the service area was clean and all personnel were friendly and professional.

I am giving five stars to Kelowna Chevrolet because of Ray Singh; Ray has top-drawer customer service and a unique way of satisfying his client. He will assist no matter what. And if there is an issue arising even after the car-buying transaction. He will still resolve the issue and make your life easy and less stressful. If I needed another car, I would return and stick with Ray. Also, your receptionist Esther was friendly and accommodating.

The staff was unbelievably accommodating…. Garret took the time to tell me his plan of attack as we were only visiting Kelowna for a couple of days. Being a Saturday I know they were busy … but he was Awesome!!! Thx Garret!!
