Amazing team at Kelowna Chevrolet. I can’t say enough about their quality of service. Easiest vehicle buying experience I have ever had. I am really enjoying my 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe Diesel . They were not pushy. The service department also getting 10/10 thanks Garrett for help in service department . people seems like everyone enjoys working here too. Matt was great to deal with his knowledge was top drawer, and he was exceptionally helpful, Dean from parts was also great he went above and beyond to help including searching other dealerships to acquire the part I needed, even though my car was there for almost 3 months it was the part that caused the delay.

I recently purchased new tires on rims and the service was excellent with Matt getting me in and done very quickly and professionally.
The service is friendly and very helpful I got a New set of tires and very pleased and a free ride homem
my vehicle was in the sop on November 17,2022 for new tires. was told it would be about 4 hours but was pleasantly surprised when ready in 2.5. good tires at a good price. don M

Emily is an excellent service advisor. She had everything organized for my service and explained everything. I was very pleased with everything.
My car was if for an oil change and multipoint inspection on November 14. Emilie the service advisor organized everything and completed the paperwork. She kept me informed while I waited and explained the results while providing me with the invoice. I was completely satisfied with everything.
