Have came in and dealt with Emily two times now and have gotten absolutely amazing service from herself and her coworkers! Would highly recommend visiting Emily for any of your Chevy service needs.
Service was done quickly. Matt was excellent to deal with. Was at Bannister on previous oil change as Kelowna chev was booked up for 2 weeks. Found an oil leak on D/W… turned out to be loose drain plug! Only finger tight!!! Wonder if Bannister would have owned up to there error if plug would have fallen out on hwy and seize engine!
Great working with Garret Helpful, courteous, returned phone calls. General staff were very helpful & upbeat.
Emilie Winter was a rockstar from start to finish as soon as I walked in the door she took care of everything and made the process so simple and easy this is definitely my go to dealership from now on!

In this day and age it is so difficult to find people who care. Our whole purchase was a pleasure with the staff.
