The up sell the techs do is a little too much. I was in for noisey power steering pump first time they put in a new rack and pinion, second time was a new pump new hoses and new pipe fitting, guess it wouldn’t be cool to maybe try changing the o ring first! I was never showen any parts that were cracked or wore out or broken. I like the old way it used to be when they took you in the bay and showed you the parts they took off and showed you why they changed them.
Awesome dealership to work with. Dustin did an excellent job making sure I was comfortable during the entire process.
Their are many employees of Kelowna Chevrolet that deserve a five star rating but Cory was our sales rep on our last purchase and handled our affairs professionally and was eager to help in any way he could.
