I am very pleased with the service at dealership. The only thing is I think you have have two courtesy drivers at all times in fall and winter
The dealership and Robin were fine. I still haven’t reserved my vehicle that I bought. They had to take it to another dealership for warranty work. Still don’t know when I will get it.

Matt always goes above and beyond with the service I receive on my vehicle. The experience is never a disappointment.
Have used them since another dealer (Bannister) damaged vehicle twice, then refused to discuss issue. Always felt KC was trying to provide worthwhile servicing. And a nod to their body shop who effectively replaced a dying power window lift at reasonable cost this summer!
