The Team is always accommodating and professional. I appreciate how quick they are to turn around the service needs on short notice and to transport me around even when they have had no loaner and had to arrange alternate arrangements until my vehicle was completed. For a woman to be able to trust a service shop with a older vehicle is paramount including staying within budget.
Robin was very friendly, honest and helpful from fist contact. He and the staff worked with efficiency and speed through the whole deal. Great price, and great trade-in value. It was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience ever. Will be back to Kelowna Chevrolet. Thanks Robin!
