In this day and age it is so difficult to find people who care. Our whole purchase was a pleasure with the staff. I have always been impressed with the service centre. They are a friendly group and seem to work well as a team. Recently I needed my tire sensors reset and talked to Matt. He told me it was an easy fix and I could stop in any time for him to reset them. I stopped there last week and he told me to drive in right away. He found out that one new sensor was faulty and asked if I wanted it replaced right then. Amazing team at Kelowna Chevrolet. I can’t say enough about their quality of service. Easiest vehicle buying experience I have ever had. I am really enjoying my 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe Diesel . They were not pushy. The service department also getting 10/10 thanks Garrett for help in service department . people seems like everyone enjoys working here too. It comes through in their service. 10/10 thanks Ray Singh for helping to buy my new vehicle . Will be recommending you for sure.

Matt was great to deal with his knowledge was top drawer, and he was exceptionally helpful, Dean from parts was also great he went above and beyond to help including searching other dealerships to acquire the part I needed, even though my car was there for almost 3 months it was the part that caused the delay.
