Oil change done. Fuel filter was not!! I asked to get oil change and fuel filter. Oil change completed fuel filter was not. Every 2 oil change fuel filter should change also. Mechanic or service advisor did not say or up sell the filter. Service advisor said oh it will be 1/2 hour labour and parts but I couldn’t wait. I had another appointment. Now I have to go back pay more labor and time to get what I originally asked to be done.
We got alot accomplished. Great service. Team fluidity. Great environment. Good value. Appreciate the great service in a timely manner. Everyone worked well together. A day well spent. Thank you.
Corvette Z06 Our dealings at Kelowna Chevrolet were very gratifying. Kael King was a pleasure to deal with. He made my purchase very easy his knowledge of the vehicle and options made the ordering of the car a breeze. He actually took the time to ask me a pile of questions what I wanted and expected out of the car.
