Exceptional customer service! Mid afternoon on the Saturday of the May long weekend, I was new car shopping. Kelowna Chevrolet was our 5th stop. We were greeted within minutes (unlike Audi and Toyota who didn't bother to speak to us at all) by Eric, and our experience just got better as the hours ticked by. I felt respected. On my search for a new vehicle, many dealerships did not respect me or assume I could afford a vehicle of much value, naturally I was blown off by a few sales people. Myles did not blow me off or show any doubt of my intentions or character, and still did his job well. Mike (who's a xxxx of a sales person) worked with me to snag a great deal and was willing to negotiate on every little detail, even if it was floor mats. My one recommendation is don't take these two lightly. They're good at their jobs.

First New Car If you are looking to buy a car I would highly recommend Myles Clarke From Kelowna Chevrolet. Myles went above and beyond to make sure my first new car buying experience was easy and went smoothly. Myles never made me feel pressured or unsure during my whole experience. New Chevy Love the vehicle but I felt I wasn’t taken seriously as I deal through emails before coming in as I live out of town. I feel if I would have come intothere was a lady in the dealership, they would have treated me better and more seriously. However, I am happy and finally have my new car. so all is good.
Fantastic sales consultant! Tristen Shaw was our sales consultant who made my husband and myself feel at ease. He was friendly,very helpful and spent the needed time with us to explain everything. He goes out of his way to accommodate your every need... he came out to our home in Peachland to program the garage door opener on our venicle! He also didnt put any pressure on us to buy which made the experience comfortable and enjoyable.
Great service My trucks brakes were done right on time with gm parts ! And the service staff were great to work with . And I’ll be back again as Kelowna Chevy is best

Efficient, thorough and knowledgeable staff We were interested in a "Volt" and were accommodated, at very short notice, to a test drive with Tristan who was respectful, understanding and willing to answer any, and all, of the questions we had regarding the vehicle's specs.
