Purchase 2018 Camaro and trade-in of 2014 Camaro etc Overall and on balance the Kelowna GM Dealership has been very professional and has provided excellent sales and servicing.They are very knowledgeable and try to ensure that your transactions are effectively and efficiently addressed. Jared did a very good job going over the features of my new car and with a test drive on another Camaro. He followed up after some initial challenges.

Oil change I was out of the country and just missed my last free oil change. I called and ask if they can make an exception for my situation and they were able to accommodate me. Which made me happy.

Amazing experience I had seen online that Kelowna Chevrolet had a used car I was interested in and was put in contact with Eric Cahill. Going into a dealership had never been a good experience until this time. The first meeting with Eric was very friendly with no pressure to buy anything. 2017 Corvette Kaelinn was awesome. I was from out of Province and I am a very cautious consumer. I had a lot of questions and concerns. Kael was prompt and courteous and had a great sense of humour. The whole "Out of Province Purchase" was made very seamless to me. They took care of everything. Dave made sure I had the right Extended Warranty and looked after the paint protection. Exceptional customer service! Mid afternoon on the Saturday of the May long weekend, I was new car shopping. Kelowna Chevrolet was our 5th stop. We were greeted within minutes (unlike Audi and Toyota who didn't bother to speak to us at all) by Eric, and our experience just got better as the hours ticked by. I felt respected. On my search for a new vehicle, many dealerships did not respect me or assume I could afford a vehicle of much value, naturally I was blown off by a few sales people. Myles did not blow me off or show any doubt of my intentions or character, and still did his job well. Mike (who's a xxxx of a sales person) worked with me to snag a great deal and was willing to negotiate on every little detail, even if it was floor mats. My one recommendation is don't take these two lightly. They're good at their jobs.
