Excellent, informative, non aggressive salesmanship Alvin Braumberger assisted us in purchasing a used 2014 Impala. He is an excellent communicator, promptly replies to queries, gave us a lot of information on the unit we were interested in, and walked us through the test drive and subsequent dealings within the dealership to close the deal.
