Stranded on vacation Took vehicle in with no appt. Promised they would do their best to help us out. Vehicle was repaired and we were back on the road to continue our vacation in 6 hours. The service provided was friendly, professional and efficient. Good to know that even though we did not purchase our vehicle there, it didn't matter. We were a Chevrolet customer and treated very well
Very best experience I have had at a car dealership Everybody I spoke with was so friendly and helpful. Saved our Vacation My low mileage 2008 Buick started coughing and sputtering and had a burnt rubber odour after a short stop at the mall. I limped it to Kelowna Chevrolet. After explaining we were on our way from Edmonton to catch a cruise in Seattle, the shop bent over backwards to get the car repaired and back to me on a Friday afternoon. 4th Chevy Truck - the Experience was great This is the 4th Chevy work truck I have bought through Bruce Striker - he has great knowledge of the products and features of the vehicles and he knows what I need and how to make sure I'm comfortable with the purchasing experience. Tim and Clayton, were supportive in the process, provided the information I needed and created a very positive environment for me to make the decisions - love the new truck.
