Made our recent new car purchase easy! Pierre was a knowledgable, no pressure representative who took time to answer all of our questions. The transition from test drive to getting license plates was seamless and included an introduction of many of the people we would run into at the dealership in the future.

First time visit resulted in positive first impression! I liked the reception area being right by the front entrance doors. We received a friendly welcome by the receptionist who inquired on the reason for our visit & she quickly went to request a salesperson to assist us with our questions. Pleasant experience. Brent Frith was very helpful and make a point in explaining any and all concerns I had with the new vehicle and the way the different mechanisms worked. Leila Gaudon was very thorough in explaining the financial aspects in obtaining financing from Scotia Bank. Job well done! 2016 Chevy Silverado LTZ 1Z As my wife and I are recently retired we decided it was time to go from 2 vehicles to one. I searched other dealerships for information on the truck we wanted. This dealership went all out to make this deal happen !!! I had my ups and downs with the financing and the gang at Kelowna Chev went to bat and made it all happen :) Once that part was done it was a breeze and with the options and extras that I wanted were done and completed very fast and professionally. This will not be my last purchase for Kelowna Chev, as now we are looking at trading our Volvo in when they find us a Yukon that fits our needs.
