Went in for a trade in on one car, and they worked with us for a lease on a 2015 Nissan Sentra and a 2015 Nissan Altima, so we traded two cars with the same payment. DJ went above and beyond and was very respectful to both us. Chad in finance took care of us in a quick and timely fashion. I am a new Nissan owner, and cant be happier
Everyone at the dealership has been helpful and they all go above and beyond to make sure that I am a satisfied customer. Really excellent service. Rose has always been very helpful to me (on my third Nissan from Ken Ganley and worked with Rose each time) and she regularly checks in with me to make sure that I'm happy with my vehicle.
Tigh Shaffer sets a great standard for others to match, he's great with customers, and has great communication skills. He is very professional, and is the person I would prefer to set up / work with on any of the service appointments.
We were very happy with Ken Ganley Nissan when we bought our new Rogue the dealership is very honest and we loved the customer service. Rose was great made sure we knew the features very knowledgeable , and very nice.
